When will I get my order?The US - 5-13 days Canada - 6-14 days Shipping times are estimated. We know you can’t wait to impress your friends with your new unique Cinema Palette products, so we are doing our best to fulfill your order asap.

How do I know that my order is on its way?You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed (up to 48 hours). If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email from us, your package hasn’t been shipped yet. For any questions about your order status, please email info@cinema-palette.com

Can I change my order?We can change or add on to your order as long as the order has not been shipped (before you get the confirmation email). For any change in orders, please email info@cinema-palette.com. Please write your name and order number in the subject line so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Does anybody get access to my payment method information?In one word - no. Your privacy is a priority to us. All personal and payment information is encrypted via SSL and never stored.

What is your return policy?If you are unhappy with your order, please contact info@cinema-palette.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to complete your return. If you didn’t receive your order in the estimated arrival time, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Once we receive your return, we will refund your payment method. It usually takes around 1-7 business days for the payment to be refunded to your account.
